The Ingredients (5 hearts):
- 70 grams of smooth peanut butter
- 7,5 grams (1 2/3 tsp of) of coconut oil
- 5 tablespoons of homemade berry jam (you can find the recipe here)
- optional: 2 tablespoons of sweetener (it doesn't really need it, but you can add it to your fudge if you want it a little sweeter)
How To:
- Melt your peanut butter and coconut oil until you can stir and pour it easily.
- Add your sweetener if you want some.
- Pour some jam into silicone cups or candy molds and pour your peanut butter - coconut oil mixture on top. You don't need to chill peanut butter and oil mixture first, it's completely fine to put it in the freezer like this!
- Leave your fudge to chill for about 2-3 hours in the freezer until it sets.
- Enjoy your lovely fudge and keep the leftovers in the freezer for later!
I also made a miniature version in an ice cube tray. It does work, but make sure to leave it out of the freezer for a couple of minutes before you remove them, otherwise it will be a tough job to get them out without damaging them!
