3 Ingredient Healthy Nutella (vegan).

When I was growing up, I ate a LOT of Nutella. Unfortunately, it does taste amazing, but the ingredients are not that great,... I stumbled across a couple of recipes so I could make my own healthy Nutella, and this is what I came up with: a 3-ingredient Nutella recipe that tastes absolutely bomb and is ready in under 5 minutes! It may not look super appetizing, but I can assure you this stuff tastes amazing! Here are the ingredients:


The Ingredients:

  • 75 grams of hazelnut butter (you can also make your own by blending up some roasted hazelnuts
  • 40 grams of maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of cacao powder (or as much as you like really)


The Directions:


Mix it all together. It's as simple as that! It's easier to first mix your hazelnut butter and cacao powder, so you can see how much liquid you need to add to your Nutella. There are some recipes where water is added to the mixture, but I like it to be a little thicker. It's really up to you!


This hazelnut butter tastes amazing with.... well, about any recipe I guess! But it's surely heavenly when spread on a slighly sweet banana! This makes a really yummy snack and even kids will adore it!
