What you will need:
- 100 grams of pitted dates
- 30 grams of cranberries
- 40 grams of oats (any type of oats will do)
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- cacao powder - coating
But... How?
- Pulse together the dates and cranberries until you have tiny little pieces. Add the agave syrup and vanilla extract and let it pulse for about 30 seconds to a minute. The mixture will now stick together.
- Add the oats. You will notice that the mixture will already start to form balls. Don't pulse for too long as you still want the oats to be pretty recognizable.
- Form equal balls and coat them with the cacao powder.
- These babies are ready to be devoured! This recipe makes about 8 medium-sized balls (but I already ate 2 before I even took a picture, so yeah...)
If you make these, feel free to tag me on Instagram, I'd love to see your end result!
