You will need:
- 1 frozen banana
- 50 grams of frozen berries
- 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of cacao powder
But... how?
- Make sure your banana is frozen, this is what will make the consistency look like real ice-cream. You should be good when the banana is put in the freezer 4 hours in advance.
- Pulse the frozen berries and the banana in a blender until smooth. If you want, you can add a splash of plant-based milk, but this is optional. It will only make the ice-cream a tad creamier, but also a little more liquid-y.
- And that's it! The ice-cream is ready to scoop.
- For the chocolate sauce: simple mix the maple syrup and cacao powder together until you reach the desired consistency and taste.
This ice-cream is literally ready to be devoured within seconds. It's tasty, sweet and you can top it with whatever you want!
