The Quickest Salad.

I do love my salads. To be completely fair, I would eat a salad every single day of the
week if I could, but variation is nice as well. Today I will be showing my favorite, super
quick and super easy go-to salad with feta cheese, some nuts and a whole lot of greens.

The Ingredients:


- 50 - 75 grams of cooked quinoa
- half a cucumber
- 10 - 12 cherry tomatoes
- pecan nuts + almonds (as much as you fancy)
- 75 grams of feta 


How to:


To be completely honest, I just want the food to be on my plate in front of me,
 so I chop everything up in fairly large pieces, throw some nuts over te top and just attack.
When I'm in a hurry, I really don't  want to have a load of washing up to do, so this is perfect!




Remember: you can adapt the ingredients as much as you want to. If you don't 
like an ingredient, exchange it for something different! This serves 1 person (well, 
I was quite hungry that day), so you can calculate yourself how much you need when 
you prepare this salad for more people.
