Getting Motivated for a Morning Gym Session.

I love to kick my day off with a killer workout, but I know - and understand - that some
people prefer to lay underneath the sheets for just a little longer. To get you up and motivated,
I have a couple of tips today! Wanna have a read?










1. Have a nice breakfast.


I'm not gonna lie, I love food, and I especially love breakfast. A good breakfast gives you
the right amount of energy to concur the day aaaaaand,... your workout in the morning! I
always have some yoghurt with a banana, granola and some berries if available. I also
enjoy a cup of coffee, just to wake me up.


2. Pick your workout outfit.


This may sound overrated, as some people just wear the same outfit over and over, but
 I like to have some variety in my workout closet. Pick a sports bra or top with a really
cute design or wear that funky pair of sports leggings which will brighten everyone's day!


3. Watch a motivational video.


I don't always have time for this, but when I do, I like to watch some Youtube video's
 related to the gym or fitness. Recently, I have been checking out the
Crossfit Youtube page and I actually have been trying out some of those cool,
badass exercises! 


4. Listen to your favorite music.


This is pretty self-explanatory, but good music really makes me excited to go to the gym.
Whilst I'm working out, I really like to listen to rap and hip hop, because those songs
have a really good beat most of the time, and they make me feel kinda,.... aggressive?! - haha!
